Player crashes

Hello

I am having issues with our 12 players, they seem to crash 2 or 3 times a week, I am struggling to find a fix.

the IntuiFacePlayerAgent services always seem to stop running and I nearly always have issues trying to get it restarted. (with the following) OR via remote Computer Management.

Get-Service -Name IntuiFacePlayerAgent -ComputerName GB-***** | Start-Service

What version of the player do you have on your machines?

What Operating system do you have running on your devices?

Hi

Players are: 6.3.2+213

Were running Windows 10 Enterprise
