I have been unable to remotely update the player version at two different locations this week. In both cases I had “Activate Automatic Player Launch” and “Run the last opened experience” selected and both players were online. After the player would reboot I get a pop-up window with a message saying:
“The item ‘IntuiFacePlayerApp.exe’ that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly.”
Is this normal that I can’t remotely update the software version without having to log in and download it manually?
