Set INTUIFACE to run always on top!

I’am trying to run a program in Transparent Background option,every time
the program set to Full screen it steals focus from Intuiface.
Is it possible to run Intuiface always on top?

As replied on the support site, it is possible to modify an option (topmost) in the player configuration file from default value n(false) to true.

Yes,but its not working,UNITY have the ALWAYS ON TOP too)))
