Recording in excel a survey on tablets

Hi there, i need to record in a excel sheet with tablets on android (samsung) a survey for more than 100 people…
so is it possible te write on a different row on the sheet each of the participant’s choices (with a 1 for instance) in order to sort a the end of the survey the answers ?
